Magnesium and Malic Acid have a huge impact on Fibromyalgia and you can get both over the counter almost anywhere. I am already using Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese and Olive Leaf daily, but I have used Malic Acid in the past and it helps too a great deal. It doesn't mask our symptoms, it helps our bodies.
